Return Policy & Shipping

This shop partners with Printful for fulfillment. Because of this, all production-related issues and approved returns are handled directly through Printful, not sent back to me personally.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact me within 30 days of delivery so I can submit a claim with Printful on your behalf. If a package is lost in transit, claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Any errors caused during production or fulfillment are covered at no additional cost.

Please do not return items on your own. Always reach out first using the contact form, and I’ll guide you through the correct next steps. All approved returns are sent to a Printful facility, not to the shop owner.

Because items are made to order, returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues are not automatically accepted. If a return or exchange is approved, reshipping costs may apply.

Orders with an incorrect or incomplete address, or packages that go unclaimed, may be returned or donated by Printful, and reshipping costs may apply.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (such as sealed goods) are not eligible for return.

Shipping Information!

Why do I see multiple shipping sections at checkout? Because I offer both custom-made apparel and handcrafted studio items, your order is split into two shipping groups.

  • Group 1 (Apparel/Hats): These ship via Printful and always qualify for FREE shipping.

  • Group 2 (Keychains/Notebooks): These are shipped directly from my studio and carry a separate flat-rate fee. Important: At checkout, you will need to select a shipping rate. Please note that while Printful items are free, handcrafted items will always incur their respective shipping costs.
